The buyer shall ensure that the item is suitable for the application.
In the event of a warranty issue, it is very important that you please CONTACT US FIRST. You need to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem. We'll work closely with our supplier to provide a professional and speedy resolution. We cannot reimburse you if you bypass us and then send us a bill after repair work has been done.
We’ll always try to use a local service agent to fix the fault, however sometimes this is not always possible. The buyer may be required to send the item back to us or our service agent / distributor in a fully packaged condition. Buyer is responsible for returning the item at their cost. Removal / re-installation is not covered under the warranty.
Once the goods have been inspected, the judgement of our supplier or service agent is considered correct and final. If the defect is not a warranty issue or due to improper installation (or misuse), the warranty will be declined and the buyer may be liable to pay for any expenses incurred during the claim process.
Should the product be determined to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit the original purchase price of the product.
RV World’s liability for any defect in (or failure of) the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage, is limited to the replacement of the goods or repair of the defects. RV World is not liable for consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of profits under any circumstances.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper operation, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, modification or commercial use.
RV World’s liability under this contract and the warranty in this clause is confined to the buyer named in this contract. The warranty is not assignable without our prior written consent. At the termination of the warranty period all liability on RV World ceases.
