The Isotherm CR42 is one of the smallest front opening compressor fridges with a freezer compartment. It is often installed in recreation boats.

Isotherm refrigerators are specially designed to operate in tough marine environments. They are fitted with a full hermetic, leak-free compressor, and offer a very low power consumption and noise level. The 'remote backpack' compressor unit is easily removed and can be mounted up to 1.5 m away from the refrigerator. The CR42 can withstand an angle of heel, up to 30°, for a short time.
